The Graco Quattro Tour Duo tandem stroller packs a lot of features into a very affordable package. As with most tandem strollers, this one is a bit heavy but with front swivel wheels and an actual suspension system, this stroller rolls over most anything while offering a smooth ride for the kids. Parents will also like the unique handle style that makes it very easy to maneuver and for once, a stroller that says one-handed fold actually lives up to that promise. The Quattro Tour Duo is like getting a higher end stroller at a budget price.
